I've been living here since July 04', and from my experiences, it's not that bad at all. Sure there are a few residents who blare their systems on their way to their homes, but for the most part, it's silent when I go outside. I haven't had any problems with geting maintenace with anything. And the staff is friendly, and have provided kind help when requested. I live in a bottom apartment, and must admit, I can always hear footsteps from upstairs. And I do see cars parked in the isles, and not in garages. It is my understanding that residents who are too lazy to park in their garages, park outside their front doors. But the autos parked outside don't look run-down or ghetto. Actually my neighbors park their 500CL Benz in the isle. :o) Overall, it's a clean community, it's quiet, and far from the boisterous "STRIP!" I sleep peacefully without neighborly interruption, and swim in a crystal clear pool. I love my apartment.
