I have lived in the 3 bedroom for about a year and was originally seduced by the beautiful exterior and floorplans. Unfortunately after a year I have nothing nice to say about them anymore.
Whether or not the apartments are poorly made is unknown to me, but I can tell you MY apartment was poorly made. For paying almost $1500 a month for a place to live, I expected a great deal more quality. The tenants here are comprised mostly of

a. young professionals who keep to themselves (BORING)
b. new families with screaming children (ANNOYING)
c. old people who despise almost everything you do (ANNOYING)

The staff are very unprofessional on levels I can't even describe. This complex is bought out by a new owner almost twice a year, and seems to change out all of its staff weekly. I have NEVER seen the same person in the office... hence every time you speak to someone they don't know what the hell they are talking about because its like a perpetual first week on the job rookie squad. The walls are thin, the gym is pathetic, the pool seems to always be filled with a million people that don't live here (Who also take every parking space in the entire complex). Oh yes... and on average there are at least 45,595,300 bugs crawling around on every visible surface in sight. A real treat for guests I might add.

Bottom line: I am making this place sound horrific... it isn't. It has amazing floorplans and a nice atmosphere. It's just not even close to as nice as it should be for this kind of money.
