However, the stuck up bitchs in the office need to get a clue. They are RUDE and un proffesional. This property, which was built by Pacific Properties will go condo in early 2005. Their other properties, Versailles, Nouveau have already been converted. So, dont rent there, other wise you will have to move or buy your Apt. They wont tell you that they are going condo. Their mgmt contract ends in Jan or Feb.
