For 1,200 bucks a month we got the Cheapest washer, dryer and stove money can buy... upgraded fridge, but ice machine broke 2nd week, never repaired, paper thin granite counter tops (scared to place anything on it as it might crack) Apartment VERY NOISY due to garages being directly below the living areas, walls did not seem to have any insulation whatsoever, could hear the neighbor fart... plus, garage door constantly opening on its own... the work out closet was a joke... also... about their "workout room" - 100's of freaking apartments = one tradmill and one universal machine with not enough weights... CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, shame on the Molaskies. Total Rip Off!

FYI -- Property ownership was sold to a California corporation nearly two years ago, about a month after I moved in. You haven't lived here in three years, get a life.
