I just found this site and wish i had seen it before i moved in. I was misrepped at closing being promised double off my 1st month over what i got. They claimed it was a new sales agent and that she had mistaken my 7 month lease for a 12 month. Real bait and switch. Also promised covered parking very close to my unit. Actual spot was given to me after i signed lease and was in front of another building almost 100 yds from my front door. I was told no changes to parking spots were allowed even though there were open ones in front of my building.

I was threatened by drunked neighbors one night and management did not care at all. Units in my building also had parties going until 2 in the morning and nothing was done..

Roaches infested my building and they bs you on appliances. The models have microwaves but the units do not. ARE YOU KIDDING ME''

The only plus is the property looks nice.

Stay away from this complex no matter what. I paid over 1300 a month for a 2 bdrm. You can stay almost anywhere in this city for that.
