The problems with this place and the lack of professionalism are truly unbelievable. When I moved in last year, my apartment wasn't cleaned properly and problems with the plumbing hadn't been taken care of. Was told it was mistakenly left off of some checklist. Because I spoke up and wouldn't accept this, it seems like I have been given snotty treatment ever since. However the people I have met who live here currently or have in the past say they also had problems with service and the management. I have had continual problems with plumbing, my heater, my door lock. The worst though (for people who don't smoke) is that my aparment smells like smoke all of the time. Regarding this concern, they sent me an impersonal, legal form letter letting me know there was nothing they could do. I too was led to believe there would be a microwave. There wasn't. I too have a parking space nowhere near my apartment. Then there was the notice on my door letting me know what my rent would be if I go month to month and don't renew my lease. The note had a mistake of a few hundred dollars in their favor. I called about this and got snotty treatment not an apology. After the unprofessional woman on the phone admitted it was a mistake, I said I wanted that in writing. Rather than understand that and simply get me a corrected paper, she said she did not have anything she could give me but she would change it in the file.....DON'T spend your money at this place unless you want to pay for a hassle.
