We have been paying over 1300.00 a month for a two bedroom, you can rent a house for significantly less than that almost anywhere, it is the most expensive ghetto in the Vegas area. The management is uneducated and displays poor ethical qualities; as well as, extremely poor customer service and caring for the tenants. They talk a good talk to get you in, then you are on your own, paying too much for gross dirty pools, ridiculous maintenance that steals your alcohol - we wouldn't let them back in so we suffered with problems that needed maintenance. With the lease options nothing is explained clearly. The neighbors are ghetto, loud, garbage is strewn all about the property and the "handymen" are questionable and make you nervous that they are around. I would take your money somewhere, anywhere else. This place is a dump.
