I have been living At Chateau Calais for a little over a year now, and unfortunately have almost another year to go. I am kicking myself for signing another lease, but who likes to move. Every single person that works the front office at this place is rude, snotty and unprofessional. I have made several complaints, that never get recorded or resolved. When you do complain their solution is to roll their eyes. So rude!!!
These apartments are so over priced and not worth the money you pay. I dont care how much money you are paying for an apartment, whether it is 1 dollar or 1000, tennants problems, questions and complaints should be handled professionally and curtiously.
