I have lived here for over a 1 1/2 years. The property is keep sparkling, including the landscaping and facilities. The management staff and the maintenance crew have been very responsive. For example, when my refrigerator cooling system was acting up, they evaluated the problem immediately upon my report and fixed it ASAP. A representative from GE also showed up ASAP as part of the response. All requests that I've made to the management staff has been resolved within the day. The lay-out of the my 2 bedroom is perfect for my needs. Traffic and airport noise are at a minimum. The use of office facilities; like the complementary computers, fax machine, and copy machine, have been extremely useful for me. The ability to use my own selection of accent color paints are awesome. The property location is also perfect for me; ie near extensive shopping facilities, the airport, and public services.

OMG!!! This review is SUCH B.S.! If anyone this this was a previous tenant, you're an idiot. I'm hunting for apartments and was/is considering CC but I can tell this is someone from management. Why? Because you sound like your spitting the same s--t you try to spit people when they're interested in moving there. Do you think I want to hear your B.S.? Of course you're going to tell me ANYTHING I want to hear, just so I can shell out some of my paycheck to your complex. Dead give away you're in management: You starting talking about the 2bd layout. Really!? Get real! Anyway, I just wanted to say, "Shame! Shame on you for lying and trying to deceive people!" Need something to do? Go tend to your tenants! Ugh!

while it seems like the person commenting was on a tirade over some ill service it DOES sound a lot like management wrote this. It's not describing the things the average tenant would. Sound more like it's showcasing the property highlights and amenities like management would. I've lived here almost a year now and I agree....there are severe problems here underneath the 'pretty' layout. read some reviews on here. they are consistent.
