I lived here for almost two years, and moved out in 2004. I had great experiences with the property and their staff. Any time I had a maintence problem, it was attended to almost immediately... In no case was it longer than 24 hours though.

The people living here were very friendly, too. It's definitely a place you can move to and call "home".

When I left, I broke my lease due to personal problems, and they were very understanding of my situation and worked with me as much as they could. However, I ceased paying and they had to send me to a collection agency, which I am paying now. I only bring this up to make the point, that even though I'm paying through my teeth and feel somewhat shafted, I still realize it was my fault and should give a fair representation of their level of professionalism in the matter. The apartments were a great, great place to live and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a cozy place in Henderson to call home.
