Okay, yes, it's affordable and in a great location, but that's where the benefits of living in Cielo stop. Actually, it wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for the lack of intelligence and professionalism they have working in the office. First off, we are required to pick up and install our own air filter every month: REQUIRED! I couldn't believe it when they told me this. However, the more annoying matter of living in Cielo revolves around the fact that there is no communication of issues to the tenants. Three examples: They changed the locks on all the gates, the pool, fitness, and mailroom but didn't send out a notice. Therefore, you only discovered it when you tried your key. Thanks. They also decided one day to have maintenance paint the front entrance gates during peak afternoon and evening hours, when everyone is coming home from work. The gates were obviously shut down; however, since no one was told, we had to figure it out when we came home and couldn't figure out why the gate wouldn't open when we pushed our clicker! So, we had to drive around the complex to get in a side gate. Lastly, the water was shut down b/c of some broken valve or something, but again, no one was told. Very inconvenient. Oh, and finally, the hot tub has been closed off with caution tape for about 3 months now. There is a notice from the health district posted but it doesn't look like it's going to be dealt with anytime soon. Lights on the sides of buildings are always out and make walking at night somewhat scary.
