I always pay my rent on time. I have kept this apartment very clean and respected it. But when it comes time for you to make a legitimate complaint, it's like the management doesn't care here. I have told them about the huge and nasty cockroach problem I have had. Especially, the one about the cockroaches falling from my kitchen light. I was told that a few apartments had that problem and that was that. Nothing could be done about it. Gross! Anyway, then, I come home from work to find my second bedroom flooded and my wood furniture is ruined. I call the emergency maintenance line and they say they will call me back. No call from them but the cielo management guy calls me 2 hours later and asks me if I called the emergency maintenance phone number. Uh yeah, I called. He tells me that he will send someone over in one and a half hours later. I ask about my damaged property and he is quick to say that that's what renter's insurance is for. Excuse me! Your building flooded my second bedroom and now it's my problem' Yeah sure, you'll send someone to suck up the water from the carpet' Hello, what about trying to find the actual problem so it doesn't happen again'! What nonsense is this! A rude and incompetent management staff and I will surely take it up with Pinnacle Management Company!

I understand why a person would be unhappy. You would have thought that his furniture would be covered but not so. You need Renter's Insurance.
