our lease is almost over. thank GOD! this has been a surrealistic experience. roaches, crickets, weird looking bugs, and mold happen to be part of our living experience here. lets not forget the fact that everything from plumming to air conditioning needs to be replaced. phone calls to office for repairs are totally useless. snotty woman that works the office needs to be taught some manners and common courtesy. pools are public toilets, you can catch some rather unsavory afflictions swimming in them. dont try and save a buck here, its not worth it. you will have a miserable experience living in this dump. higher rent is worth it. peace of mind comes with higher rent. you will have nothing but stress living here.
