I moved here in April and have been living in the Crossings for seven months. I was told when I moved in that I was allowed to decorate as I saw fit then find out months later it's aganist my lease. I had to request a lease after several months.

Repairs that were reported prior to moving in are still not repaired. A section of Stucco is missing from my back porch. Maintence staff are slow and office staff rude. I was not pleased with customer service or treatment.

Appliances in the apartment were fair. The toliet had lots of issues and several componants had to be replaced and plunging is a regular activity.

My neighbor downstairs claimed that me walking around my apartment and doing laundry was to loud requiring on two seperate occasions instead of talking to me to call security meaning to me that the walls are thin and every time I drop an item I get a pound on the floor.

Residents and staff alike are not very friendly. Parking is strained and inaccessible. Apartment not particularily safe especially ones facing the alley.

Overall not the safest, friendliest or nicest place to live.
