they show you the model apartment which is real nice. and show you the pool at the office which is real nice. what they dont show you is the filthy apartments, nasty second pool, and the deception when they charge a cleaning fee. they never cleaned the apartment when we moved in. it was so dirty. our front door has paint peeling off of it, and the stairs leading to our apartment look like they came from an army barracks or worse. we have a horrible roach infestation, and the cement in the patio has huge cracks in it.
the office staff, especially that Donna are very rude. they couldnt care less about your problems with the apartment. we are leaving in february when our lease is over.
dont move here. take your money and spend it on either buying a nice condo, or a new apartment community in Summerlin.
i have seen drug transactions going on late at night in the parking lot, and have heard terrible fighting among the tenants, loud yelling and screaming. we keep to oursleves as we dont know what kind of people are living here or what they are involved with.
this place is bad news. when ya see it, just keep going , dont stop or look back. just keep right on going.
