Don't let the new paint job fool you. This is another slum complex that is owned and managed by RMI (Realty Managagement, Inc.) The problem is with the owners and with management. They thrive on negative motivation, and it filters down to affect the tenants. The staff is over-worked and under-paid; they run around hating their jobs and making nickel and dime decisions. How can anyone successfully manage somebody else's life when they can't even manage their own'
