Spend a little more and live somewhere else. Property management company is a joke and onsite management even worse!! Maint. men don't have the skill required to screw in a light bulb let alone fix anything. And if they do make an attempt, they screw it up so badly it ends up costing you!! Cars are stolen from the parking lots and apartments are being broken into. Try and bring up concerns to the manager and you are greeted with a nasty attitude. They are more concerned about collecting their bonus for meeting their bottom line then providing a safe, clean well working enviorment for their tennents!! Do yourself a favor....stay away!!
