I have lived here for a few years now. I have had my apartment flooded fromt the upstairs tenant 4 times.... 3 times by the fault of the tenant. Tenant was never evicted. The last time I filed a claim with my insurance, Management stated openly " thats why you have insurance. Would take no responsibility for obvious incompetance. I have since move to a bigger unit, and have been trying to get windows,screens and bug issues handled for 3 months. Management continues to openly handle these issues in a completely incompetant manner. Maintenance constantly lies to my face regarding issues. The last Manager here Jean Robinson, was a pleasant departure from the obvious slew of unprofessional, no integrity, dishonest, incompetant members of the management crew. I always wonder what new wonderful bit of dishonesty will come from the folks of RMI next !!!
