I moved into the complex at the tail end of February.

I must say that upon touring with the managemnt team looking at the apartment they were wonderful to talk with and work with.

I was a bit dissapointed at not have assigned parking which would guarantee a parking spot near the apratment, but have had little trouble finding one relatively close.

I have had to have a couple of things repaired in the apartment, but the maintance people were very friendly and responsive, as the problem was taken care of within 24 hours of my request.

All and all, I can not say this complex is any worse than others, as any where you live there are problems. my neighbors seem very quiet and considerate, and even living righte near the highway, I have had no issues with traffic noise as well.

All in all I do enjoy living here, and have been thinking of upgrading to a 2 bedroom by the end of the year.

I am glad that you are enjoying your experience here at the Crossings, My experience has been very different. And if you look at the low rating, and comments from others you can see that the majority has had a much different experience. There is always an exception to the rule, and you may be one. Did you know that the resident manager quit about a month ago? She was the best thing to happen to this place in quite some time, at least from tenant perspective. Now, it appears to be back to business as usual. Put a band aid on everything to make it appear as though management actually cares about you. Somebody call the Orkin man, quick !!

well this place really needs alot of major work but it will probably never get done because the apartments are run by slum lords.i lived here in 2006 it was so awfull the kitchen had hundreds of roaches..if you want to live in a decent clean apartment complex goto the pacific islands at least they seem to be a little bit cleaner and nicer then the crossing if you compare the 2 apartments i would rather be at the pacific islands.they are only 1 mile away and the rent is about the same..all i can say to anyone thinking of living here please look at other apartments before comeing here.the model apartment they will show you is nothing like the apartment you will get...and becareful about thease so called good postings they are made by the office staff to try and fool you...good luck...oh one more thing remmber you cant polish a TURD!!!!!
