We have lived at The Crossing since 2000, having gone through many 'new managers, owners, etc). The location is very convenient. We live on the side that has many vacant covered parking places but they still give out orange parking violations, even though the areas are NEVER full. We do have more than one vehicle but any of the others are never parked next to the living quarters. Why they ticket those 'away' vehicles I'll never know. It's very hard to catch the manager.

She is always 'off site'. A paying resident can never find her to talk directly to her. Some issues can not be dealt with by the substandard people running the office. For the most part, they are rude and always pass off the question to the 'non-present' manager.

I would still like to continue living here but don't think I should pay more than a new tenant.
