I would have to agree that the previous people working here were not so nice and not so professional but with my current experience with this new staff i am very happy. they were friendly and handled my concerns promptly and correctly. Maintenance is always on time and fixes it right every time. I have never seen "gang members" and cannot believe they exist after the extensive credit check and criminal check they did on me when i moved in here. Give these people a chance!! i did and i am very happy that i did because i can sleep at night, finally!!

I suppose everyone has a different perspective of the management. I myself have given them plenty of chances. And quite honestly I would like to see the management company shut down altogether. I was treated in a very heavy handed manor, and suspect that they are not done with me yet even though I have already moved out. I am however extremely grateful to be away from these ethically retarded individuals who somehow find a way to convince people that they care. rent at your own risk

i agree with jazzytim,this place is awful ,they rip you off with high rent,when you can get a better place to live for the same rent or just a little more rent,i lived there for 1 year and it was so awful,i have since moved to a nicer place thats only 70 dollars more in rent then the crossing ,but it is well worth it to pay a little more rent to live in a decent clean place,with out alot of trouble makers and roaches around you,which is what you will get at the crossing apartments ,beware of this place,becareful if you decide to move here and good luck....
