After reading the reviews about this place it makes me wonder how have I been happy here all this time'' Ill tell you. I have had complaints and conversations with the management and they have always been handled in a timely fashion. Everytime I go into the apartment office I can always speak with either the manager or the assistant manager and have always been happy with the outcome. maybe you should give them another chance'' i myself wont let this website curb my judgement about being happy here and hope that others will give them a chance and know there are happy people living here and I am one of them.

When I lived there , it was obvious to me most of the time that I lived there that the management really didnt care about me or my issues. It became apparent to me that the quieter I was, the better I was treated. I have also seen that here on the site. For those that like the crossings, you may want to look at the numbers.... 21 percent is not exactly a glowing recommendation. There will always be an exception.... I just cannot in all good consience, give this place a positive recommendation... I lived there 4 years, and just was not terribly impressed. I have seen some better landlords,and they generally didnt last long. One in particular .... Debbie Zarder.... She lasted maybe 6 weeks. She quit.... I would guess, she actually had some ethics and couldnt or wouldnt stand for the -------- that the management company was wanting to feed the tenants. I am glad she left. She should be working in a much more ethical environment.... one where the tenants are respected for who they are .... the reason the management company even exists in the first place....

first of all this place is so horriable,in 2006 when i lived here my kitchen had hundreds of roaches in it,the washer and dryers are nothing but junk,and when they break they replace them with other junk ones,,i had people come to my front door harrassing me and my family for no reason what so ever ,just to cause trouble,if this place was in california it would be shut down ,its too bad they dont have the same laws in nevada for slum lords,like they do in california...but i am very happy now i have moved to a nice clean place now that is well run ,just like a apartment complex should be run..and remmber you cant polish a turd like the crossing apartments are....
