This place is infested with roaches, it doesn't matter how many times the apartment gets sprayed. What they need to do is evacuate entire buildings at a time and bomb the place for bugs. There's never parking. A couple guy moved into the apartment under mine, and got jumped, dragged into their apartment and robbed.... needless to say they moved out 3 weeks after they moved in.
The maintenance guy Solomon is a lying sack of ---- too. In the middle of the summer when I was very pregnant, it was over 90 degrees in my apartment every day because we needed a new a/c. It took 2 months, going into the office just about every day, DOZENS of excuses about why we don't need a new one, and then finally giving the manager notice that if it's not replaced within 10 days that we have the legal right to hold the rent until it is fixed. I heard the most RIDICULOUS reasons why we don't need a new one from Solomon.... we need to put up better curtains and keep them closed all the time, it's just because the thermostat is broken, and the best.... he actually told me the vent in the bedroom is not supposed to work because people like to sleep naked and they can get sick if cold air is blowing on them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME'!'!'!
The new office staff is much better, the last crew they had in there was horrible!! There's only the one old lady, Betty, that's left and she's still a miserable, rude old b*tch.
