when is summer coming again so I can dry my clothes'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
In the last year and a half my dryer has been replaced once and repaired 7 times. And it still takes three hours to dry a load. So when is summer coming again' And they want me to renew my lease at $800 month for a one bedroom.
