They don't want to pay back deposits and invent ways to fine you.
If they can't find something they demand a move out cleaning fee
anyway. They bill you for things after you move out then
take you to collections when you are 3 states away and you don't
even know about a bill. The maintenance men have keys to your
apartment and help themselves while you are gone. Original
management was selective about who lived there and things were
great. New management left pools filthy, and our cars got
keyed 3 times by rag-a-muffin kids that wander around. Don't
feel safe there.

I hear you. A lot of tenants moving out and trashier ones moving in. No caring who moves in now a days. The scummier the better. Shameful

i agree also,,this place has got to be bar none the absolute worst out of hendersons entire community.It should be torn down and turned into a church or a KFC or taco bell.The management is among the worst not to mention they are uneducated and all of them have their rotten scummy filthy pot smoking kids living here as well.A recent fire here is still not enough to make them understand.The whole place should be condemned bu the city of henderson ASAP.This place is worse than most of the seedy parts of las vegas,how it got built here we will never know.Oh and as long as you do drugs and ----- yourself out you are more than welcome to live here.Dont worry if you dont speak or read english or even have a job,you are more than welcome at crystal crap creek apts.

I am worried now because my ex-wife and her boyfriend kidnapped my son and moved into these apartments in May 25th of this year. I have not seen my son since he was kidnapped in January and a private investigator found that they were living here and my BMW was in the parking lot. Please will anyone that reads this keep an eye on my four year old son and see that you report anything to the police. This man is bi-polar and he gets angry very easily as well as admitted to having sex with my ex-wife in front of my son. This man goes by the name of Stage Hypnotist Simone and he is a very controlling person. I know he is living off of my child support and his disability payments for being bi-polar. I am concerned because even though I am poor, I never made my son live in uninhabitable living conditions like this man is forcing my son to live in right now. Please let me know if the Health Department shuts down the apartments so I can try to hire another private investigator to find my son again if they move again.
