We have unfortunately resigned our lease due to buisness, but intend to leave anyway! No quietness, no regard for each other, letting children be unruly, along with the obnoxiousness of drunk parents, alot of police action,-went last summer for 2 weeks without a/c,and the "maintenance" people seem so shady, I would rather fix things myself, than allow them in my apartment!
Office staff is super lazy and doesn?t even live up to the lease, when asked! No one lives up to the lease in this place! A horrible dump! Very decieving and trashy! This place is OUT OF CONTROL!!!
Even though it comes with garages, NO ONE uses their garages for their vehicles, there is NO PARKING!! And the office does nothing about it, again, not abiding by the lease!!
