I have lived here with my family for almost four years, and we are currently (thankfully) getting ready to leave this place behind FOREVER. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms has had severe water damage for over a year now and it has yet to be repaired despite many calls to the landlord. The maintenance man is incredibly rude and was seen walking around the complex with a RIFLE a few weeks ago. The landlord has been known to do favors for certain tenants in exchange for cash-- like letting somebody park a rusted, broken-down jeep in a much needed parking spot for months on end. On the other hand, if you make her angry, she may stop your trash service. Yes, this has actually happened. She has, on several occasions, sent out flyers regarding inspections and then LET HERSELF INTO OUR HOME without even making sure we were there! The parking sucks-- half the time you have to park in the complex next door because there is NOTHING in our lot. Hooligan children run rampant without supervision, playing in the street, swearing, and leaving their trash on your lawn. The neighbors steal your trash cans and anything else you don't bolt to the ground-- we had a patio set stolen from right in front of our door, not to mention the items stolen from our cars by the aforementioned hooligan kids. You can find much better places for just as much or even cheaper-- Stay away from this place and the nightmarish management crew!
