I am actually currently living in this place, and would never in my life recommend it to any person to live in. My brand new trash can was stolen a few days after we bought it, they take their own sweet time fixing the pool, and then let it get filthy. They lie about everything, and actually blamed me for breaking my own garage door (the stucco guy came while I was at the store and busted a big hole in the corner of my garage breaking the garage door) and the manager still refused to admit that it was the stucco guys fault. Now they are tring to raise our rent after our lease is up unless we sign another one. They told us when we moved in that our rent would stay the same after our lease was up.
