I am currently living at Heritage Pointe(formerly Vista), and have been lving here for nearly four years now. While phase one is not new or flashy, it is well maintained and well managed. If anything goes wrong, I can count on maintainance to come by and fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is kind and courteous. The rent is very reasonable for this side of town. The apartments are spacious. While there is not much guest parking, each apartment does have its own closed garage! Few other places offer that. I am currently looking for a home to move into, but I must say that Heritage Pointe has taken great care of me these past few years.
