Upside: Best rental rate in the area for a 2-car attached garage (and they know it)- great location - management really tries to please but restricted by corporate approval and individual ownership of buildings.
Downside: Pricey deposit - Serious pest problems in summer - construction of custom homes on adjacent property just began / vibrating machines, extremely loud building sounds, etc. - have to rent unit sight unseen! - tiny shower in MB (no tub) - very cheap construction = paper-thin walls - small bdrms. - dog owners unaccountable for poop all over lawns -
