My wife and I moved in about 5 months ago. After a dozen complaints to management we finally got added to the gated entry so that my wife doesn't have to walk to the front gate with out newborn daughter to let in guests. This took 5 months.
The gate is broken 90% of the time and is maintained by an offsite company. The office staff doesn't seem to care when you come in to let them know that the gate is broken again.
The rules here are inconsistent. We were initially trying to get a one bedroom but two married adults and a newborn can't occupy a one bedroom apartment according to their rules. So we got a two bedroom. Our new neighbors to the rear have 8 people living in a two bedroom. There are two to three sets of adults and a bunch of kids.
I'm counting the days until we can move out.

Nice apartments, nice price, nice location.
Bad management, bad maintenance and extremely rude office staff

I was wondering, what complex number are you? Im considering getting a 2 bedroom here and would like to avoid those neighbors of yours is possible, any help would be greatly appreciated!
