This is by far the worst experience I have had in an apartment community. Not only in management unhelpful, they will not admit to mistakes they make, including misrepresentations (lies) that were made to me when I moved in. i was told the pool/gym/clubhouse would be ready in August, 2005, and it did not open until December/January, 2005. (just one example) Also, another comment here said it was a different place on Green Valley Parkway...I suspect that was management, as Horizon Ridge Villas IS on Horizon Ridge.
