I don't understand the negative reviews. I love it here. Horizon Ridge Villas are all new construction, so specific dates can never be guaranteed. The pool is open and it is beautiful. Everything is still being built and everyone knew that upon moving in. I think they are doing an excellent job considering that construction is not yet finished and all of the staff is pretty much new. I love living in an apartment that no one else has lived in. Great Job Horizon Ridge Villas!!!
