The day we signed the lease we went into the aprtment. It was touched up but the doors were filthy, light switches covered in crud buildup, food stuck to trim dead ants around entire living room, stains on every carpet. We brought these things to Garys attention and he went from Mr. Niceguy to your problem now. He told us that his opinion of clean and ours were 2 different things. Told us that we had to reason to make an issue out of it because the only things we were complaining about could be cleaned by the cleaning lady. He was rude unprofessional and treated us like the incompetent moron that he is. We too were told to come back the next day when Candace would be there, and she was about as useless as he was and just as rude. She told us that the company does not compensate for inconvience and they would have the cleaning lady come through. We had one day to move because we both have jobs to attend to. We were told the apartment was ready and it was no where close to it. My boyfriend had to move his things to my place becasue he had to be out of his place. Now we have to turn right back around and move again a few days later because the staff lied to us and then tells us they will reinburse us for the few days that we were not living there. What about the time we took off of work the time and energy we spent moving once and the time that we are going to have to take off again to move into a place we DONOT WANT TO LIVE, but they would not return the check because the apartment is suitable for living, yeah if you like to live in other peoples filth. And when we did the walkthrough i stepped barefoot on 2 nails and a pushpin. Nice job guys!
