Yes...this place really IS that bad!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I can only echo what others have said. No clean-up prior to move-in; poor construction; management who constantly misleads tenants; STILL no working gates; guards who are rarely there and if they are there they are usually asleep; multiple leaks; horrible insect problems; etc.
No matter how good a deal they may offer to you...it is NOT worth it!!!
