Pool/hot Tub closed by the Health Dept this past summer

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The pool is never heated year round PERIOD!!! A "curfew" exists for pool usage. (till 10 pm each nite) What is this a school for kids'
Not to mention the jacuzzis are often found dirty. As well the pool is often not attended and mirky. The Health Dept Closed both the pool and HOt Tube for a few days this past summer. If I can find one good thing....I'll let you know-
Over priced for what is suppose to be a cut above the rest. It is run by a CA company and the bottom line is what its all about. If you enjoy your pool..stay away.
