The office staff is absolute trash. They are rude, obnoxious, and raise their voices to tenants daily. Ellen is an absolute nasty woman. She has NO RESPECT for herself or anyone else. She walks away and yells instead of acting like a professional and discussing issues she created. Anything she says should be obtained in writing. Copy all documents and hold them yourself.
The staff is constantly changing here. The leasing director has been there the longest....other than he, the office staff is forever changing. Corporate NEVER returns your phonecalls, and are just as nasty as the office staff. They truly don't care at all. Complain to the Better Business Bureau, and the City of Henderson. If the City keeps hearing complaints, the property will be fined. The pool was closed by the Southern Nevada Health District a few weeks back.....not sure why but it must have been serious enough for them to come out.
Bottom line, do not move here. If you live here, complain to the BBB and City. The staff and Coporate must be held accountable.

i agree with you 100% thease places are bad news stay away keep searching for a better place to live..i heard there might be scorpions in thease places so becareful everyone..

THis place takes everyones security deposit, falsifies documents and has shoddy maintanance. The office manager needs customer service classes as she looks down on tenants.Willmark which is their parent office is in on the deposit scam too...STAY AWAY
