Lets get one thing straight....NOBODY goes onto the internet looking to post a review about how great their apartment complex is or was. ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAD BAD EXPERIENCES TAKE THE TIME TO POST THEIR CRAPPY REVIEWS. So just because a bunch of people came to this website and posted a bunch of negative reviews about HRV doesnt mean that everyone has the same experience. I have lived at HRV for nearly 2 years. I had a large 1x1 when I first moved in and I never EVER heard so much as a PEEP out of my neighbors....and I mean NEVER....NOT EVEN A SINGLE INCIDENT. One time I put my ear up to the wall to see if I could hear anything and all I could hear was very faint movement in the apartment next door. After my initial lease was expired, I transfered to a small 1x1 and I am having the same experience. Occasionally, I can hear when the neighbor above me vaccums, and when they moved in I could hear them shuffling their furniture around....BIG DEAL. It is quiet as can be. I have never had an issue with any of my appliances; they have always worked fine. One time, the door knob failed; they replaced it the same day I called to have it fixed. Perhaps the only drawback I can think of is that they use cheap paint....REALLY CHEAP PAINT. The paint scratches easily, especially in the designated TV nook. If you move your TV around on the paint it will scratch quite easily. Other than that, I cant think of a single thing wrong with this place. Actually, there is one more thing; they never installed a functioning electric front gate. Even though the property is designed to have an electric gate system with a security guard monitoring who comes in and out, the gates are always open. And whats the deal with people complaining about parking' Theres tons of parking! AND every apartment has an attached garage!

I lived in the large one bedroom and I could easily hear the children that lived next to me. The walls are very thin. Also, my alarm never worked properly even though it was set up by the maintenance person. The only plus I'd say about this property is that you do get a garage and the parking was never an issue. Then again, for what you're paying you better get a garage! It's a beautiful complex, but not worth the money. There are so many other properties out there that are cheaper, larger and still nice. I would suggest looking around...save your money!

WRONG. I do not work for the company. I am a tenant. No lies; all true. If I worked for the company I would not have talked about cheap paint and their front gate system that is always open.

Very Interesting: Check out the reviews on another building owned by Willmark, Green Valley Country Club, 1770 North Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, NV 89014. Sounds just like this building right down to the retention of your deposit and additonal unsubstantiated fees they will bill you and then threaten you with collections if you refuse to pay............................. This "reveiw" was obviously posted by management or corporate. Good greif! What a pack of lies. I heard everything going on around me - sex, bathing & screaming children and the police taking an abusive spouse away at 4 AM after a screaming match that not only woke me but the people in the apartment on the other side of me! The managment is horrible. But, it all stems from Corporate in San Diego CA. They are the villans. and they will take you to the cleaners when you move out.
