Take photos when you move in and when you leave - every square inch.
If you have already left, and are now being harrassed with letters claiming you owe more than the deposit you will never see, and that failure to pay will result in collections and credit reporting to "all 3 agencies" file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General. The more complaints filed, the sooner they will start the investigation & then we may all get our money back.

Thats funny. I've been here for nearly 2 years and everything is great! Sorry that you dont know how to read a form or fill it out correctly. It's called a 30 day notice....pretty simple. Where it says "Move out date", thats the date that your lease ends AND the day you will be moving out. You submit the form 30 days prior to that date. Perhaps the walls of your head are paper thin. Also, when I signed my lease renewal, they gave me a $100 per month concession off my rent. So what is this BS about a 20% increase in rent? Are you saying that if you were paying $1000 per month, they raised your rent by $200? You should do the math again....20% is incorrect. It is apparent to me that you are an idiot that doesn't know how to do things correctly. Are you sure your not confusing this apartment complex with Horizon Ridge Apartments at 595 S. Green Valley Parkway? This is HORIZON RIDGE VILLAS. I dont recall the pool being shut down here ever....

Wow, this joker is relentless. I'm fairly certain I know which particular person in the office is leaving these defensive and insulting responses. The context and tone give them away. Apparently they don't have much else to do while they're working. I'm contacting the website manager to have their IP flagged and hopefully banned. Anyways, I've been taking a lot of photos. I really appreciate your suggestions, and have been doing some research of my own on what actions to take as well. This situation will either get better for the residents, or much worse for management. The response I've been getting from the office is one of surprise, which is very amusing. Regardless, there have been no attempts at correcting the mistakes, or even apologizing. They all seemed quick to put the blame on one another instead of acknowledging the problems and taking steps to correct them. I am not surprised. I do recall during the application process, being told the pool was closed for some time. Sounds like someone needs to get their facts straight. Better start getting things in order for the state inspectors.

Same thing is happening to us now. When we moved in they gave us a move in special for over $700 off our move in which made our pet deposit free. Now they are saying we never paid it and that we owe almost $900 in damages to the apartment including new carpet and paint. We didn't get new carpet and paint when we moved in. The carpet was TRASHED and now they are charging us $700 for new carpet. Also, we never got a phone call or a letter from them until now 10 months later and they are saying we have until June 23rd to pay or it goes on our credit. I haven't received one notice from them and won't be paying anything until we are in court.
