I was looking online at these apartments in my search for a place to live and they have been an option for me to move to for a while. But when I first noticed these apts about 1 year ago the going rate for a two bedroom that I was interested in was $1,295 per month. Now when I looked online on forrent.com I noticed the price for that apt went down to $995 per month. Is this price drop correct' And if so why did the price drop' Maybe because they want people to move in perhaps' Also I read a pevious post and someone mentioned they are now charging for the attached garages. Could this be why the price is lower, they are not including the price of the garage in the advertised price' Any help would be great because I am confused about this.

You seem far too determined to suggest this place is not that bad. Almost advertising it. You can't be taken seriously until you have lived here. What person submits a review before they actually move in? shenanigans.

Document VERY well. The property manager will do a walk through with you, say it looks great and your deposit will be refunded. 30 days later corporate will send you a bill with fabricated charges on it. NOISE: What you do not "see" while viewing is the absence of insulation. You can hear conversations through the walls and your conversations can be heard as well. If you are living next to sexually active people you won't get much sleep unless your a very sound sleeper. Good Luck to You. Life is just too short for the hassles these people put you through after you move out. It has been 9 months for me and they are still trying to extort money from me despite the photos, video tape and written statments by witnesses who accompanied me on my walk through. They just don't give up and it wears on you after months of threatening letters and zero acknowledgement of CRR letters.

Wait, They gave you back your security deposit and still charged you? That is against the law first of. It states so in the Nevada Revised Statute http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-118A.html The landlord can deduct any repairs that are deemed neseccary from the deposit and charge for anything not covered under the security deposit. If they already gave you back the deposit then thats it, Your contract with them is done and there is nothing corporate can do. A judge would just laugh and if anything corporate may have to pay you for damages. You are covered by law and that's the good thing. And for the person who said I am full of shenanigans if you read my review I stated that I was going to give my opinions on this place throughout my lease there. Learn to read. Just because you didn't like it doesn't mean that everyone has to feel the same way. Stop bashing on peoples opinions!
