Not worth the money

I have lived here for a while now and it was not until recently the conditions here went down the drain. Prior to the arrival of the new management there was a sense of community. The tenants would sometimes get together and have gatherings and giveaways and we would socialize and get to know one another. It used to be the management would listen when a tenant had a complaint or a need. These days we live in an environment where there is concern. This concern is fueled by the constant implementation of new rules and the liberal handing out of notices of violation of new rules we sometimes are not even aware of since new rules come out all the time. There seems to be little consideration for the amount of money we pay to live here. It used to be worth the money to live here. You used to say "Yes, it is pricey, but I am glad I moved here, it is definitely worth the money." Not anymore. Anymore we live in a community where we are always under scrutiny, living under the thumb of a supposed "community director." This place should be renamed The Peoples Republic of Siena Villas. We are currently living under a relentless regime of overzealous management. The overzealous nature of this management is so without cause. We were doing fine prior to their arrival and they have done nothing but cause the moral of the tenants to plummet. I just wonder if the owners of the property know how the tenants feel. Hopefully they sometimes visit sites like this one and will see the tenants are unhappy. In conclusion, although you may be greeted with a smile, once they get you to sign a lease the truth will come out. They will be short-tempered with you and perhaps even harrass you. They will not have time for you and will push you around. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
