This complex has been terrible from the start. I moved here from AZ so I didn't have the luxury of looking around for a place. I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath and the layout is pathetic. The living room is the same size as the dining room. Its very cramped with a couch and a love seat. You are NOT allowed to have a grill. They give you an electric grill to put on the patio. I had to wait a month and a half just to get it. They didn't bolt it into the ground either, so it falls over if you bump it or there is a strong wind. There is also no outlet on the patio so you have to run an electric cord to it from inside the house. The master bedroom is the same size as the other one, with wasted space in the bathroom. The hot tube is only luke warm and the pools aren't heated. In the workout room, you are more likely to get injured than in-shape, with all the crappy equipment. There is no sand volleyball court or basketball court. If you have extra towels or sheets for your bed, you will have no place to put them, as there is no linen closet. There is however the smallest pantry I've ever seen. At least there is a fan in every room, if you want something positive about this place. You can hear a pin drop in the apartment above you. We have a 5'0, 100 lbs lady that lives above us. It sounds like the incredible hulk is up there. There is a gate, but anyone can just wait for someone else and get through it.

I'm not sure if this person has ever lived in a normal apartmnet before, but here in Clark County the fire department regulates the BBQ grills, not the owners!!! It is against the law to have a grill in an enclosed space, so maybe you need to know what you are talking about before you comment on something. As far as a gated community goes, how are the owners supposed to stop a person from following someone in the gate????? That is impossible with any gated place. Get your facts straight!!!
