When I first saw this place I was thrilled and excited to move into it. The area that it is surrounded by is top notch and the people of Henderson were the first friendly people I'd met since moving here. When I first moved in Jill walked me through and told me all these great things about the place. How it was up to condo code and you couldn't hear the people bellow or next to you. How secure it was.
This place is insufferable. I spent the last couple days listening to the maintenance crew in the apartment bellow me pounding away and making all sorts of noise. Waking me up early in the morning every day. Currently as I write this I'm listing to my neighbors washer. Yup there it goes is about on spin cuz I can hear it drain. I called in a work order last week and was told someone would be there the following day. 8 days later and I have yet to hear a word or see a soul. As for security, the front pedestrian gate has been broken since I moved in. Supposed to be keyed access and its not even close. I'm not even sure that my AC works. I'm still trying to play with it just to see if I'm not doing something wrong. Then don't even get me started about the water pressure. Perhaps they think that since they're paying for the water they'll make sure you don't use to much or something because I haven't been able to actually enjoy a shower in ages.
Basically what I'm saying is this place isn't worth your time. The people running the office strike me as a bunch of idiots that lie, cheat and manipulate just to get you to rent here. They give you the run around left and right and when time comes, when you really need them, they wont be anywhere.

Thanks for the review! we decided to steer clear after reading all the bad reviews. I think it's strange that they show a model to prospective tenants, but won't let you see the actual apartment until you sign a lease. I've live in complexes before in another state, and was always allowed and encouraged to see the actual apt. before i signed.

Regarding the "won't let you see the actual aparment" thing, there's a reason - you probably would not move in if you saw what you were getting.

I agree, The manager Linda..threatened to have me beatup by the maintenance staff, cuz I complained about the noise. She told me to shut the ---- up and live wiyh it...
