Not advisable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   After close to 2 years living here, I found out that the apartments and property are nothing but sub-standard in all aspects. The property title is held as colateral for several "big-money" loans. Well, they're definately not investing it here. I called the owner several times but they flat refuse to speak to the tenants. One gets the feeling that this place and it's tenants are all tax write-off's. There is little to NO insulation in the walls, you can hear every word said next door. Roachs are a constant problem and a few scorpions as well. I think the spray the exterminator uses is actually food for them. The skateboarders there are malicious and out of control, despite the managers warnings. 99% of complaints are either ignored or the one complaining is threatened with eviction. Alot of drug activity, as well as numerous other problems and the police are here daily. Try checking out the Henderson Police Dept web site and you'll see what I mean. I will say that maintenance is fairly prompt, courtious, and they do the best with what they have. They should be running the place, it'd be alot better. Parking is horrendous. Some families here have 5 cars, leaving no place for anyone else to park, except on the street or in the dirt lot across the street. 1 apartment has 13 people it it. Management is poor at best - except in taking your rent or starting eviction if you're a day late...that way they can double charge you for the month. Not all the tenants are bad, as there are a few that are really decent and respectful people. They're just in a bad situation and can't get out. Please think twice about moving here.
