In all honesty, this is the worst apartment I ever occupied. Insects galore and appliances that are well passed their use-by date... actually I'm amazed the whole complex is still standing.

Maintenance is spotty- some things get fixed- temporarily, others dont.

Building manager is useless and blames other staff members for his errors.

Last but not least- the sales office made me jump through hoops to get the apartment, then 4 months later (too many vacancies'), the tenant mix turned decidly ghetto. Want to see people dumpster diving- this is the place!
