So I'm watching Fox 5 and they are carrying a heartbreaking story. A girl ahd gotten married and came home o her apartment to find it flooded from above. Her wedding dress was probably ruined...presents were destroyed.

Guess where it was...Mesa Club. They Chiron said Mountain Vista and Ramrod and I recognized the layout of the apartment as one of their Jr. One Bedrooms they have the nerve to charge what a large one bedroom would be in other parts of Henderson.

While the story was about making sure you have apartment insurance it was the tag at the end of the story that really says it all...

"The Apartment manager said he sympathizes but thy are not responsible." WHich is true they are not but "There are no other apartments available in the complex so they can just get out of their lease and leave."

How many properties does Sentinel have in the valley' Is it just this dump' Water flowing into your apartment is not an unusual thing in this place. The day I moved into my jr one bedroom the water heater on the second floor broke and sent water down the walls and soaking a bunch of boxes....About a year and a half later my water heater went and reflooded the bedroom, hallway and living room...

I have no vested interest in this sh**hole any longer it will be nearly a year since I left but I will continue to warn anyone wanting to rent here that there are MUCH better places at or just above what they charge....

this was in my final list. i thought it would be a great place to live. now i am reconsidering after reading so many bad reviews. staff issues (office, maintenance, and security) are a big deal to me. and i have read too many negitive reviews regarding staff. i dont think i will being moving here, esp with the amount they are charging.

No one should rent at this expensive sh%*hole! I live here and will soon be out next month...thank the lord! My AC just went out and I have been waiting for the maintenance person for over 2 hours now and he still isn't here. We had to spend the whole night without AC, because they don't carry AC motors on-site, they have to go buy one at home depot and the maintance man they sent has to take a 2 hour bus ride to get here cause he doesn't have a vehicle.Poor management!! As soon as i moved in the stove, garbage disposal, fridge and dishwasher did not work. It took those a@* holes over a 3-4 week time period to get over here and fix this crap. The appliances are over 20 years old, they replaced some appliances with even older ones. They charge way too much to live here I would not reccommend MESA CLUB to any one. If you already signed a lease with them, BEEEE AWARE!!! They will charge you 2 months of rent if you want out of your lease. They charge you for sewer, water and garbage separately and it's not cheap. The parking is rediculous. Someone broke into my car and stole my stereo/cd player, mexs rumage through the trash. No staff member is willing to help you, they are to rapped up in who's nails look better and how tan they can get, they like to ignore your issues with THEIR property. I feel like a prisoner at this place I can't wait to leave this hell on earth.

I knew the young woman in this FOX story, and management never took any initiative to apologize for the delay of "fixing" the apartment and were rude to her and anyone who tried to help her. In fact, they never did fix the damage to the apartment while she was there, and she didn't officially move out for another 2 weeks. She and her husband ended up living at other people's residences after they were newly married. And the worst thing was that her renter's insurance wouldn't even cover it because it wasn't HER water heater that caused the problem, it was the person's upstairs. They ended up not even replacing the one upstairs for 5 days but tried to FIX it! Eventually she saw them changing the old one out many days after the initial flood.
