I lived here for 9 months and was happy to leave when my lease ended. The only good thing about the apartment was the price, but you pay for what you get, I guess. Trying to get something fixed in your apartment is somewhat comical. My air conditioning was broken for 5 days before it got fixed. The first guy they sent out simply cleaned the air filter, which definitely was not the problem. I had to call out again to get it fixed. The clothes dryer barely worked; on the highest setting, it took well over an hour to dry clothes. This is because every appliance in the place is ancient. The dishwasher broke also. Again, it took a while to replace it, but at least they replaced it and installed a new one. There are roaches everywhere! Outside the apartments, you step on them constantly at night. You will guarantee have them inside your apartment as well, and their pest control is very minimal. Be sure to buy roach traps if you plan on living here. Pay a hundred dollars extra a month and live somewhere else with sanitary living conditions.
