I've lived here for 2 years. The staff is wonderful.. any problem I've ever had has been resolved in 24 hours. The property is so quiet. I noticed the negative reviews of this apartment complex are people that were here for a short time. I've had 5 people living below me in 2 years. The people that are writing negative reviews are probably those people that move constantly. Try staying put for a while and maybe you will receive the treatment you deserve for being a committed tenant! Who should care about someone that's going to move out in 3 months! Fabulous property and good management.

I lived there for 4 years...does that qualify..how many years do you have to live there to get respect...how many years do you have to invest in your crappy apartment to get things fixed? It used to be Mesa Club was a bargain and I was willing to put up with their crap...but whent hey jacked their prices claiming they were following the market...they should have realized that people expect things when you over charge them. This review was probably written by a staff member they admitted to doing this because their bosses were getting peeved over all the negative comments.

Horrible logic on this one. "Try staying put for a while and maybe you will receive the treatment you deserve for being a committed tenant?" How about most people who move out of this place after a year or 3 months or whatever had a horrible experience here. I moved out of Mesa Club after 9 months directly because it was a poor place to live, not because management bent over backwards to help me in any way they could: because they surely didn't do that. I never put in the time to be a "committed tenant" because they never put in the effort to be a committed and competent management staff. I'm surely not going to renew my lease in a place where the experience is horrible, and most of the other tenants around me agree with that and have similar experiences.

it shouldnt matter how long you stay in a place...if you are paying as much money as we are to live in a place, you deserve respect. Our rent money pays their paychecks damnit! i respect the people in the office and expect the same. We have lived here for a year and things have just gotten worse from day one. Nice Try....no real tenant would say those things...you have to be an employee

yeah there's no way you're a tenant. This place has gone from bad to worse since the change in management. They started every renovation project at the same exact time, so they haven't finished anything but the pool after 6 months cuz they spread themselves so thin. The pool used to be maintained every morning, now i've never seen the new guy & its a dump. Electrical problems? "nothing we can do about it. just move a floorlamp closer to the door." got charged a "standard" charge for carpet clean when i moved out that they replaced because of the remodel! they will take out of your deposit even if there's no damage! mainteneance takes forever & the staff have nothing but contempt for you under that fake business smile they plaster on. they also claim to be "green" with pamphlets and posters, but i have yet to see one effecient light bulb, appliance or bathroom fixture that i haven't installed myself. Don't be fooled by the pretty new office, there is a level of incompetence/arrogance that should not be ignored.

You're a complete loser! You're obviously an employee or a member of management! Stop attacking other people's opinions and try actually making a difference. Start by delivering what you actually promise and encourage behavior that exhibits something resembling integrity!

Definately staff who wrote this response! It's true the staff(front Dest) are very nice to hook you, then you get screwed from then on. We actually slept in our uhaul the first night because they failed to mention (certain policies) all of the requirements for new renters. It really was a joke and they showed no empathy and couldn't even wait a half hour after after closing when it was their mistake for not telling us of everything that was required even after WE CALLED TWICE to make sure that they had everything from us they needed so we could move right in
