I am so excited to be leaving Mesa Club. These units are shoddy and you can hear everything going on around you. I can hear the tenant above me using the bathroom! They do advertise the apartments as "newly remodeled". I know the club house is new, but not sure about the units. They are spending all of this money on fancy new directional signs and landscaping, but thats all a facade. The bottom line is that you can put a pretty bow around a piece of crap, but it is still a piece of crap.

Parking is a nightmare. They do not have assigned parking, probably because they know there are not enough spaces, so parking is a free-for-all.

The new management is worse than the old and they do not return phone calls when I have a problem. They require a 60 day notice prior to moving out and even require a 60 day notice on month to month renters! How does that work' What is the point in renting month to month if you have to give a 60 day notice' Great policy guys.

It seems like more and more trashy people are moving in here. They used to have a pretty strict credit policy, but now it appears they are letting just about anyone move in. I've lived in a few different complexes in town where the rates were right about the same and I can tell you this is by far the worst place I have lived so far.
