Over all we like the property here the location is good it's close to the strip, UNLV and plenty of grocery stores and shopping locations all relatively close. There is a nice gym, pool, theatre room and so we're told a game room but it's been in the making for the last 4 months with very slow progress. I mentioned a pool earlier yes it is very nice, nicer than most other property pools but the drawback is that it's closed almost as much as it's open. If this place was managed better this would definately be well worth the rent paid but, since the pool is always closed we feel cheated. The maintenece guys here are great. parking is okay (first come first serve).
